My journey has been a beautiful blend of exploration and purpose, shaped by my love for YOGA and GYMNASTICS. My passion for fitness began over a decade ago, inspired by my upbringing in a family of athletes. With a father who was a rugby player and a mother who excelled in gymnastics at the national level, athleticism runs in my blood.

Following in my mother’s footsteps, I started gymnastics at a young age. This activity taught me not just physical skills but also the importance of discipline and determination. It was through gymnastics that I developed a deep love for yoga.

With my knack for exercise, I pursued a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an exercise science major from the University of Texas at Austin and never looked back. Presently, I work as a life coach, yoga instructor, and fitness trainer at several facilities as well as online classes. Call that a dream career!

I am also a big fan of art and photography. But my path took a transformative turn when I delved into yoga, taking me on adventures across the globe to places like Europe, Indonesia, and India.

My mission is simple: to help people trust themselves, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful lives. I believe that through small, positive actions, we can all make a difference in the world.

I took a break from this website for a long time while focusing on motherhood and my family, and unfortunately, lost access. But I’m thrilled to say I’ve now regained control and rebuilt the site.

Recently, I began exploring different ways to enhance my performance and overall well-being. That’s when I stumbled upon the Echo Go+ hydrogen water bottle, which Gary Brecka recommended. Intrigued by the potential benefits, I decided to give it a try.

While I loved this bottle, it had some limitations. That’s why I bought hydrogen water machines from other brands like Piurify, IonBottles, Auetrcls, Brüun, etc., and used them through rigorous tests. I was amazed by how they boosted my energy and helped me recover faster after workouts.

And guess what? I will share everything with you. I am so excited to launch my blog: HydroPitcher.com in some weeks, where I will write cool tips about hydrogen water bottles and help you choose one, sharing my hands-on experience and test results.
